Toivo HQ

Toivo Headquarters is a unique office building designed for Finnish real estate company Toivo Group. The building is located close to Leppävaara Centre in Espoo, Finland. The building volume with its flexible and multifunctional office spaces wraps around a south-facing sheltered terrace.
The building complements the existing courtayard of heritage buildings and maintains a visual connection between them. The idea of the project is to pursue timeless solutions inspired by the architecture of the surrounding buildings. The building replaces an old barn with a similarly long facade. The timber cladding is treated with traditional permeable red paint.
